MBI occupies 7,500 SF comprising 15 labs and MBI’s Main Offices. The location has excellent access to Downtown Worcester and all of New England via I-290, I-190, and the MassPike.
In addition to MBI, the LSBC houses various WPI departments including Chemistry, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering. MBI tenants can access the building’s CORE Equipment and Vivarium space on a fee basis.
