Worcester Biomanufacturing Park... Open for Business!

 

On January 6, 2017, Governor Charlie Baker signed legislation authorizing the transfer of 44 Acres of land to the Worcester Business Development Corporation for the creation of the Worcester Biomanufacturing Park under the Baker/ Polito Administration’s “Open For Business” Initiative.  The 44 acre park creates 500,000 SF of Biomanufacturing capacity within the City of Worcester.

The Worcester Biomanufacturing Initiative Task Force was a collaborative effort led by the City of Worcester’s Economic Development Coordinating Council (EDCC) and the Park Developer, Worcester Business Development Corporation.
