Averica Discovery Services offers specialized separation and purification services to drug discovery and early development teams. Averica specializes in chiral compounds, and offers enantiomeric resolution on a discovery scale (5 mg to 50 g) to companies with chiral lead-seeking or lead development programs in progress. Our approach is based on supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC), a highly efficient 'green' chemistry technology that is particularly effective in complex and difficult separation problems. In addition, Averica has ongoing research programs focused on improvements in chromatographic methodology for pharmaceutical applications, with the goal of improving efficiency and lowering costs.
