From Boston and Points North:

• Mass Pike West to 495 N. 495N to 290W. 290W to Main St/Shrewsbury exit.
• Bear right at end of ramp toward Rt 70/Worcester.
• Second traffic light take a left at the National Guard Armory onto Plantation St.
• Go 1.5 miles until you reach the fifth traffic light.
• Take a right onto Research Drive.
• Take right off Research Drive onto Innovation Drive.
• Biotech Three. Building is located at top of hill on right.
• Parking lot located directly across the street.
• MBI Incubator is on the ground floor left as you come through the front glass doors.

From NY and Points West:

• Mass Pike East to I 290 Worcester/Auburn exit.
• Follow 290 east into Worcester and get off at Exit 15/Shrewsbury St.
• Follow Shrewsbury St 1.5 miles to the end.
• Take a right down slight hill and immediately get over into left lane.
• Take another left at first set of lights at Beechwood Hotel and UMass Medical Center.
• Follow approximately .2 of a mile and take left at lights onto Research Drive.
• Take right off Research Drive onto Innovation Drive, Biotech Three.
• Building is located at top of hill on right.
• Parking lot located directly across the street.
• MBI Incubator is on the ground floor left as you come though the front glass doors.
